Weekend Ideas

Western Maryland offers numerous forms of entertainment. Consider climbing your way up to Dan's Rock, taking a ride on the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, biking on the Great Alleghany Passage, or dining at Frostburg's restaurants. The following link to the city of Frostburg provides a great starting point for what the city has to offer.

Outdoor Recreation:
Great Alleghany Passage-150 mile bike path between Pittsburgh, PA and Cumberland, MD.
Dan's Mountain State Park-enjoy a stroll outdoors or hike to the top of Dan's Rock.
Chesapeake and Ohio Canal-hike or bike along the towpath.
